During our stay at Ali & Sara's Desert Palace, we had an exceptional experience that we will never forget. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, especially our camel guide, Youssef, who provided us with a beautiful desert experience. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the singing and dancing night felt like we were transported to another world. Absolutely fantastic experience. Lots of effort has gone into making this camp as much part of the surrounding environment as possible. Fantastic facilities and extremely comfortable, even on a freezing cold January night. The bathroom was nicer than our bathroom at home. Very warm and comfortable bed. You are provided with a Berber cloak for extra heat, but do bring plenty of warm layers for winter months. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and attentive, while also giving you space. The food was fantastic and the sunset/sunrise camel rides very special. Plenty of places around the camp to hang out. We had the full run of the camp to ourselves for the night, which was extra special.
Felt very much at home, no complaints at all.

My stay at Ali & Sara's Desert Palace was truly a dream come true. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with personalized service and made to feel so welcome. The atmosphere was incredible and exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The camel rides at dawn and dusk were such a calming experience, allowing me to truly connect with the beauty of the desert. The food was exceptional, with delicious meals served throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were taken care of, even helping me hire a driver for my transfer to Marrakesh and book a last-minute room in Dades. I can't thank them enough for their assistance. I highly recommend Ali & Sara's Desert Palace for an unforgettable and magical desert experience.

Unforgettable desert adventure!
We had the most amazing experience at a desert camp near Merzouga. The camp offered luxurious tents with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and even Wi-Fi! The staff took us on a breathtaking camel ride during sunrise and sunset, making us feel like true desert explorers. The 3-course dinner by the campfire, accompanied by traditional music and riddles, was a magical experience. The camp's attention to detail and exceptional service made our stay truly exceptional. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and limited hot water for showers. Nevertheless, we highly recommend Ali & Sara's Desert Palace for an unforgettable desert adventure. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Spending Christmas in the desert was a unique experience and definitely a highlight of our trip to Morocco. The desert landscape was breathtaking, with endless sand dunes stretching as far as the eye could see. The camel ride was a fun and memorable activity, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the desert environment. The sunset and sunrise views were absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors painting the sky. We also appreciated the comfortable accommodation in the tents, complete with cozy beds and clean facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
One drawback was the lack of isolation in the camp. We expected to be deep in the desert, surrounded by nothing but sand and silence.
